The History Council of South Australia and Wakefield Press will welcome applicants for the 2022 annual Wakefield Press Prize for the best essay on a topic relating to the history of South Australia. The prize is open to anyone who during the year 2021 has written or published an essay dealing substantially with some aspect of South Australian history. The word length should be between 2,000 and 10,000 words (including footnotes/endnotes).
