The Department of Political Economy (DPE) is undergoing a further significant expansion as part of its mission to offer a broad-based interdisciplinary research and teaching space which brings the study of economics and politics closer together. The Department of Political Economy invites applications for a Lectureship in History and Political Economy. Candidates may be working in any field whose teaching and research deploys a historical approach to the analysis of economic and political institutions. Successful candidates should be able to contribute to undergraduate teaching on Politics and Political Economy degrees and post-graduate programs. The capacity to teach World Economic History would be especially welcome.
