Congratulations to Anne Black who was jointly awarded the Historical Society of South Australia’s Keain Medal for Pendragon: The Life of George Isaacs, Colonial Wordsmith. The medal is for the most significant historical work published in South Australia. Earlier this year, Black also received the ‘Emerging Historian Award’ from the History Council of South Australia for her work on Isaacs.
