Congratulations to AHA member Amanda Nettelbeck whose book Indigenous Rights and Colonial Subjecthood has just been awarded the Australian and New Zealand Law and History Society annual Prize in Legal History. The book traces the development of indigenous rights and colonial governance systems across the British empire.
