After full and extensive consultation with the AHA membership, a list describing where various measurements have been applied to journals has been created. The AHA Executive decided that the AHA would not rank journals itself but rather provide members with a compilation of existing journal metrics (eg Scimago, H-index, impact factors). The idea behind the list was to provide members with numerous existing measures to argue the quality of their journals to their university if needed. The list includes a range of journals, and not just where Australian specialists publish. The journals in this matrix were those identified by AHA members and regional associations through the consultation process. If there are others that should be included, please send them to executive@theaha.org.au. The AHA Executive would like to thank everyone who worked on the list.
