The purpose of this survey is to consult the AHA membership to ascertain their views about the merits of different conference formats and attendance options, and likely future behaviour with regard to attendance AHA conferences. The AHA executive is evaluating the successes and challenges of recent AHA conferences, including the online 2021 conference and the hybrid 2022 conference, in order to learn for future events. Your survey responses will directly inform the shape of future AHA conferences, so we strongly encourage all members to participate in the survey. The survey has been designed to be as quick as possible (estimated completion time 5-10 minutes), while still providing useable information.
