A number of social events have been organised for the post-conference evenings, including ECR and postgrad drinks, a Drinking Newcastle Walking Tour, the launch of a Radical Newcastle Museum exhibit by the Newcastle People’s Chorus choir and an evening in conversation with Lyndall Ryan and Rebe Taylor. On the afternoon of Friday 7 July there is a guided history Hunter Valley wine tour (price is $150, including a lovely dinner with wines at Tulloch Wines).
