RHSV has announced that former AHA President Joy Damousi will deliver the RHSV 2024 Women’s History Month Lecture. The title for Joy’s lecture will be ‘Women’s Humanitarian Work is Never Done: Women Humanitarians and War Child Refugees in the 20th Century’. Her current research project is a history of child refugees, humanitarianism and internationalism from 1920, for which she was awarded an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellowship.
