In Autumn 2024, Carla Pascoe Leahy, Sarah Rood and Alistair Thomson, in partnership with Oral History Victoria, will deliver an oral history intensive course aimed at university research students. The course will explore how to plan an oral history project and apply for ethics approval; creating excellent interviews and documenting the recordings for use in research; approaches to analysing interviews and interpreting memories; and writing a thesis using oral history as well as other types of oral history productions.
