Congratulations to Tim Calabria who has just won the Theory Race and Colonialism Essay (TRACE) award, for his article, “The Bungalow and the Transformation of the ‘Half-Caste’ category in Central Australia: Race and Law at the Limits of a Settler Colony 1914-1937”. The prize is awarded by the Australian and NZ Law and History Society for the best article published in the journal law&history over the previous two years, to honour the memory and work of Tracey Banivanua Mar.
