Congratulations to AHA vice president, Joy Damousi, on her recent election as president of the Australian Academy of the Humanities. On 20 November 2017, she welcomed 23 new fellows to the AAH, elected in recognition of elected in recognition of their outstanding scholarship and practice in the humanities disciplines. Among the new fellows were AHA members Ann McGrath, Kirsten McKenzie and Shurlee Swain. Congratulations to all.
