DH2015, the annual international conference of the Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO) will next be held in Sydney, 29 June–3 July 2015. This will be the first time that this conference is being held outside of Europe and North America in its 26-year history. The theme of ‘Global Digital Humanities’ acknowledges the field’s expansion worldwide across disciplines, cultures and languages. There is much in the program to interest historians, including a keynote speech by AHA member Tim Sherratt, and a plenary panel on ‘Indigenous Digital Knowledge’ featuring historians Peter Read and Julia Torpey.
