Don’t miss the launch of New Earth Histories: Geo-Cosmologies and the Making of the Modern World (University of Chicago Press). AHA members are invited to join an afternoon of discussion, including an introduction by Alison Bashford, followed by two panel discussions: PANEL ONE, ‘Surveying New Earth Histories’ with Ruth Gamble, Ruth Morgan and Jarrod Hore, chaired by Grace Karskens. PANEL TWO, ‘Reflections on New Earth Histories & Geo-Cosmologies’, with Leah Lui-Chivizhe, Libby Robin and Alessandro Antonello, chaired by Alison Bashford. Books will be available for sale before and after the event. Drinks will be held at the close.
